Owner and Coach
Ren collier has spent his career doing what he love the most - Helping people get their lives back. As a personal trainer with a bachelor's degree in health science, Ren brings both the knowledge and heart to every session. His specialty is working with every day adults and older populations guiding them towards better strength. balance and confidence - whether the goal is keeping up with the grandkids or bouncing back from an injury or simply feeling good in your own skin again.
Committed to continuous growth, Ren completed a six-month mentorship focused on bridging the gap between physical therapy and personal training - giving him a deeper understanding of how to work safely and effectively with clients recovering from injuru or managing physical limitations. Its and approch that sets Fit RX apart and ensures every client gets care that goes beyond the typical gym experience
Ren believes the gym should feel welcoming, not intimidating, at Fit RX. he's built a space rooted in community, encourgement, and real results - where every client is met exactly where they are.
When he's not on the gym floor Ren is at home as a husband and dad - the role he's most proudest of. that same dedication he brings to his family is exactly what he brings to every client who walks through the door.

Danielle Long
Coach
Danielle brings a truly unique perspective to the Fit RX community. As a Licensed clinical Mental Health Counselor, a certified Personal Trainer and a certified trauma informed coach, she understands that getting stronger is a more thank just physical fitness - it's about your whole self.
Her approach combines evidence-based strength training with a deep understanding of how stress, trauma, anxiety and depression can affect the body, Whether you're rebuilding confidence, need prenatal or postpartum support, or simply looking for a coach who meets you where you are, Dainelle creates a safe a supportive space for sustainable growth.
Danielle works with Fit RX on a part time basis and also runs her own practice, Mind and Muscle VT, right here in Essex.

Fit RX wouldn't exist without Ashley. As the driving force behind the business side of the gym, Ashley handles everything behind the scenes - from managing finances to day-to-day operations and building the brand you see today. While Ren brings the fitness expertise to the floor, Ashley makes sure everything runs smoothly so members can focus on what matters the most: their goals.
A Familiar face to many Fit RX members, Ashley's commitment to this community is personal. She and Ren built Fit RX together from the ground up and that dedication shows in every detail.
